I ship USPS First Class and Priority ( when specified ) I also Ship USPS First Class International for all International Shipments .. I will ship International Priority or Express at the buyers request ( Buyer is responcible for these shipping rates ) All merchandise will be shipped in one - two business days this includes all international purchases. Everyone will recieve order details/ number, an email stating the date your items was shipped along with tracking number(s), Tracking numbers are not included in International Shipments ( The USPS doesnt provide tracking for international purchases ) Unless your package is being shipped International Priority or Express Mail.You will however recieve a US customs number depending on your country this number may be used for tracking information. US BUYERS : Postal Insurance is optional but highly recommended. I will not be held responcible for lost or stolen packages when insurance is available at the buyers request. Attention International Buyers: Due to the high cost of Global Priority and Express Mail and the lack of tracking services for international packages, I am not responsible for lost or delayed packages. If you do plan on purchasing insurance, please e-mail me for a shipping quote as insurance is only available for International Priority and Express Mail services. Also please be aware that international shipping can take up to 30 days ( even though this is rare ) it can happen. International packages MAY be shipped with a Certificate of Mailing . This is a slip of paper that i must sign along with a postal worker stating that i did ship your package(s). Certificate of Mailing is NOT tracking or insurance.

Due to the Nature of the item , I do not issue refunds , Its just like purchasing Digital Material or CD's anywhere else , Most do not offer returns and i dont either . I will However issue a replacement CD / Download if you for any reason you have problems with your current purchase.

PayPal and Google Checkout are preferred. International Buyers must pay with Paypal or Google Checkout ( No Exception ) Money Orders are accepted but i will not be held responcible for lost or stolen Money Orders / Cashiers Check. Items will not be sent until payment is recieved. Immediate payment is required for all purchases.

I do combine shipping on all items purchased. Ecrater unfortunatly is not set up to combine shipping at checkout therefore you must email me so i can send a invoice with your total including the combined shipping cost or else i will refund you the over payment for your shipping cost.

I usually do not issue refunds on Cosmetics and Skincare items due to hygiene reasons. However if you return an item to me in the original packaging and condition that it was sent you ( Un-Opened and Unused ) , I will issue you a refund ! I do NOT issue refunds on the MAC Cosmetics Ebook / CD's or any other Ebooks offered .. However if you have problems with your CD I will issue you a replacement !
